WHERE DO I PARK?
Our private parking lot is complimentary for the entirety of your event and is located on the north side of the hotel. Metered parking is available in the surrounding area as well, however, it is NOT managed or policed by the hotel. Please note: Only guests staying in the hotel who have paid the $10/night parking fee can leave their cars overnight without risk of being towed, so please plan your transportation to/from the hotel accordingly.

DO I NEED TO BRING MY ID?
We require all guests to show valid ID before serving any alcoholic beverages.

IS MY ADMISSION GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE EVENT?
Yes, all guests may re-enter from the time the event opens until the time the event closes. Color coded wristbands will be provided to the host to distribute to anyone they wish to have access to their private event.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ON-SITE?
Cash and credit cards will be accepted for beverages within the event. An ATM will be available on-site.

WHAT AM I NOT ALLOWED TO BRING INTO THE EVENT?
Outside food, drink, weapons or additional seating.

ARE THERE RESTROOMS?
Yes, there are indoor restrooms available for attendees.

WILL THE GAMES BE TELEVISED?
There will be HD TVs showing the games and various other sporting events during the day.

WHAT TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT WILL BE AT THE EVENT?
Various tailgating entertainment will be available during the event including food, beverages, TVs and music in between games.

WILL THE EVENT SPACE HAVE SEATING?
There will be various seating options to accommodate your invited guests.

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED?

Or, if you are in need of different, our menu can be tailored to fit your individual group needs and/or budget.

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?
No outside beverages can be brought into the event.

WHAT TYPE AND COST OF BEVERAGES WILL BE AVAILABLE?
Our Bacardi Ballroom/Patio comes equipped with your own private bar stocked with all of the basics beers, liquors, wine and soda. A personal bartender(s) will be staffed to provide exclusive service to you and your guests. The bar can be set up as hosted or cash depending on your preference or needs.

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I WANT TO CANCEL?
Please review the terms and conditions of your event agreement.

IF IT RAINS CAN I GET A REFUND?
No. The event will be held rain or shine. We provide indoor event space for guests to enjoy themselves regardless of the weather.

WHERE CAN I BUY GAME TICKETS
Tickets to the games must be purchased separately from the hotel.

WHERE CAN I FIND HOTELS AND TRANSPORTATION?
We will be happy to arrange your hotel and transportation needs. Please call 402-707-2395 to inquire about an overnight reservation or group block rates. Our hotel provides complimentary shuttle service for all hotel guests to anywhere within a 3-mile radius. Shuttle service is subject to availability and is best scheduled in advance, if possible.

WHAT IS THE EVENT SPACE CAPACITY?
The maximum capacity of the event space is 180 guests.

DO YOU PROVIDE AUDIO-VISUAL EQUIPMENT?
The room will be equipped with TV’s and a projector/screen with live streamed games. If you require any additional A/V, we are happy to accommodate and can discuss pricing on an individual needs basis.

ARE THERE DIFFERENT ROOM SETUP OPTIONS?
Our event space is very versatile. All tables and chairs are portable and separate from each other and can be arranged to your liking.

IS THERE AN EVENT COORDINATOR FOR ME TO WORK WITH?
Absolutely. Our Regional Sales & Operations Manager, Amber Quigley, will assist you with menu & bar planning, and can provide guidance on room layout, rentals and décor. On the day of the event, a manager will be available onsite to assist with your event needs.
