Our Team

Our leadership team is made up of individuals with decades of experience and proven results.

Anant Enterprises was formed through a partnership between Dr. Deepak Gangahar and Kirti (Kirt) Trivedi. Anant Enterprises’ main functions are real estate development, operations management, and construction.

Dr. Gangahar and Kirt Trivedi began their relationship in 2006. Their personal and professional relationship is based on the core Anant philosophy pillars of Honesty, Loyalty, Transparency, and a Passion for hospitality. They both believe that if you do not love the work you do, you cannot thrive.

Who we are

Dr. Deepak Gangahar led and operated a prominent cardiac surgical practice in Lincoln & Omaha for 35 years. He is Co-Founder & Developer of Nebraska Heart Institute and Nebraska Heart Hospital, where he served as President until his retirement from medical practice in April 2015. Dr. Gangahar was appointed Chair of the TeamMates Board of Directors on January 1, 2021, where he continues to serve today.

As President and Operating Partner of the organization, Kirt Trivedi is a dedicated leader of Anant’s real estate development and management. Kirt’s expertise & education in the hotel industry has led Anant to thrive as a prominent hospitality operations management organization throughout Nebraska and the midwest.

His experience in hospitality dates back to childhood, where he grew up assisting in cleaning rooms, continuously advancing from there. From cooking to sales to corporate relations and operations management, Kirt Trivedi has experienced every aspect of the hotel industry. In addition to his education at Colorado University, he knows first-hand what it means to drive an organization towards prosperity and success.

Kirt is passionate about delivering exceptional service to guests and a firm believer in transparency when interacting with others.

The words “Say what you mean and mean what you say,” remain at the forefront of Kirt’s interactions with his guests, colleagues, partners, and investors. This direct approach has helped him foster relationships built on mutual trust and respect.

Kirt loves working alongside his colleagues that make up the Anant team. When not leading the Anant organization, Kirt enjoys spending time with his family, fitness activities, and off-road bicycling sports.

As Vice President of Operations, Sean Davis coordinates the overall performance of Anant’s portfolio. With over 25 years in various hospitality roles, Sean knows the ins and outs of each position and how these roles contribute to the bigger picture.

From Food & Beverage to Brand Management, Sean has extensive experience leading his management teams in day-to-day operations at the property level. His management approach well-calculated with a focus on the overall bottom line, allowing him to drive performance.

Sean is driven to help his management team meet their personal goals to promote individual growth and contribute to the success of the organization as a whole.

As a Council Bluffs native and a University of Iowa Alumni, Sean understands the local nuances that drive Nebraska and Iowa territories. When not leading the team, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and children. He also loves golf and tries to read the green whenever time allows.

With over 20 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, Amy is well-suited for her role as Regional Director of Operations for Anant’s Omaha properties. As a Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) and Graduate of the University of Iowa, her education and background make her a perfect service-focused leader that has a distinct impact on the overall performance of the Anant properties in the greater Omaha area.

Amy loves a challenge and finding ways to foster growth within her staff to become the very best versions of themselves. She prides herself in being loyal and committed to those she serves, both investors, staff and guests alike.

Her level of dedication has not gone unnoticed. In 2021 EVEN Hotel Omaha won the TripAdvisor Traveler’s Choice award, ranking them in the top 10% of hotels worldwide. This prestigious accomplishment was largely due to Amy’s management style and full commitment to the wellness theme of the EVEN Hotels brand.

As a member of the Anant corporate team, she can and does make a difference in an environment where her expertise is valued and respected. Amy is passionate about serving others and hopes to one day see more career pathways for higher education opportunities. She would love to see more major universities opening the door for passionate individuals to learn and grow within the Hospitality Industry.

When she’s not working you can find her running, golfing, competing in mud runs and spending time with friends and family.
